These are the terms of service that you agree to when you subscribe to and/or use the services of VPN operated by Sonics VPN.

Please note that in this Agreement, the term "you" refers to you, the "subscriber/user", and the term "we" or "our" refers to Sonics VPN Team, its owners, employees, agents and any other persons associated with Sonics VPN Team.

As a user of our services, you agree: - You will not use our Services to hack or attack other computers or networks on the Internet.

• You will not use our Services to scan (e.g., port scan, run proxy hunters) other computers or networks on the Internet.

• You will not use our Services to transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses, etc. to other computers or networks on the Internet.

• You will not use our services to attack our servers and resources in any way.

• You will not use our services to receive and distribute pirated material. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: trading, selling, bartering, sharing, transmitting or receiving such materials.

• You will not use our Services to send unsolicited data of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, the following. Sending unsolicited email (i.e. SPAM email), hate email, mass marketing email, unsolicited instant messages, and unsolicited text messages.

• You will not use our services to engage in any form of child pornography. This includes, but is not limited to the following. Trading, bartering, selling, transmitting or receiving such material.

• You will not use our Services to engage in any type of criminal activity. This includes, but is not limited to the following. Engaging in the use of stolen credit cards, stolen bank accounts, stolen debit cards, stolen charge cards, stolen online payment accounts (such as PayPal).

• You will not use our services to send phishing or identity theft emails.

• You will not promote or encourage any form of criminal or terrorist activity.

• You will not use our services to threaten or harass others.

• You will not run resource-intensive programs that interfere with our users' use of our Services.

• You will not share your account with others. You will be responsible for all activities involving your account.

• You agree not to use a stolen credit card to pay for services.

• You will not resell or attempt to resell your account or the Services to any person or entity for use or further resale without the express written permission of Sonics VPN Team.

• The services provided to you are on an "as is" basis and without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, inconvenient, or any damages or lost profits that may result from the use of our services.

• We cannot and do not guarantee the speed of our services. We also cannot and do not guarantee that you will have an uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, inconvenient or any form of damage or loss of profit that may arise from the use of our services.

• We shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any damages of any kind (realized or unrealized) arising out of or through the use of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Sonics VPN service in connection with any registered user.

• In no event will Sonics VPN ever be liable for any monetary damages beyond the fees paid to us by the user, which will not include court costs or attorney's fees, regardless of any statute or law that may be interpreted otherwise.

• We reserve the right to make amendments or modifications to our Terms of Use Agreement. If we make material changes, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that these changes are brought to your attention by prominently posting all changes on the Sonics VPN website and sending emails to our existing customers. The notice will specify a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect. If you do not agree with our changes, then you should discontinue using the Sonics VPN service for the specified notice period. Your continued use of the Sonics VPN Services will be governed by the new terms. However, any disputes that arose prior to the changes shall be governed by the terms in effect at the time the dispute arose.

When you agree to these Terms of Service, this is our binding agreement.

The primary goal of our service is to protect your privacy. We absolutely do not condone or promote criminal activity of any kind.

If you violate any of our terms, we reserve the right to terminate your service without any prior warning or notice. No refunds or credits will be given.
